Terms of Service
Upon entering into a commission and submitting payment, the client
( commissioner ) consent to agree by the following Terms of Service established between client and the artist. We kindly ask that you thoroughly review this Agreement prior to continuing with your order.
NOTE!
The Artist have right to decline any orders without detailed explanation or reasonable reason
All the works for digital files only. No physical copies will be profided
PERSONAL USAGE ,CREDIT
The artist keeps all rights to the artwork, including intellectual property. The artist have right to use, display as the sample artwork in online portfolio such as art account or social media
The commissioner can’t claim the art as their own or say they made it.
Unless the client and the artist agree otherwise, the art is for personal use only. The client can't sell it, share it commercially, or use it in any business without the artist's written.
Feel free to post the art on social media—as long as the client give credit to the artist.
If the client want the art to stay private or don’t want the artist to post it publicly, that’s totally possible—just keep in mind there might be extra charges. Details for that will be worked out between the client and the artist.
The artist might decide to make a speedpaint video of the piece, but that’s totally up to them and not something that’s guaranteed.
COMMERCIAL USAGE ,CREDIT
Once everything’s agreed on, the client free to use the commissioned artwork for commercial stuff based on these pricing tiers:
2x type: You can use the art on monetized platforms like Twitch or YouTube, as long as you give proper credit. The client can monetized use, either sell merch that features the artwork like use it for cover book, game, etc. This one’s good choice for small businesses and cost 2 times the original price
3x type: If the client a bigger business or expecting high sales, this type good for the client. It lets the client use the art for full-on commercial purposes, and it cost at 3 times the original price.
If the commission includes copyright rights, you’ll get the layered files too. Just keep in mind—you’re not allowed to use or share those layered files unless you get written permission from the artist.
How the Process??
The artist will reach out to you when they're ready to begin working on your piece.
The Client get a sketch to review and approve. Once the client give the thumbs up, minor tweaks and adjustments are included at no extra cost.
After that, the client have done the payment before the artist will continue it to the next process. It can be half / full payment
The client get regular updates with progress screenshots along the way until the artwork is finished.
Before the artist send via email, (for chose half payment) the client have to pay the rest of it
Revisions have max. 5 to 7 with regular updates with progress
Completion Problem
The time it takes to finish your artwork depends on how detailed it is—it could be anywhere from 7 ~ 14 days or can be longer than that
Rush Order : The Artist not accepted for this order. so, the artwork will be done with estimate 7 ~ 14 days depend on how detailed it is
Minor Adjustments : Once the artwork’s done, the client can ask for small tweaks—like color changes or adding tiny details—at no extra charge. The artist have no problem to make these kinds of changes as long as they’re reasonable.
Major Revisions : Big changes—like reworking the layout, redesigning a character, or anything major—might come with extra fees. The client be informed about the cost first, and work will only move forward with your approval.
Refund
There is no refund for commissions unless both sides agree there's a really good reason. The artist will do their best to work with the client and sort out any problems or concerns the client might have.
